Unable to send or receive an email
Verify that your computer is able to connect to the Internet and/or see other computers to ensure that your computer is not encountering a connection issue.
You can for instance try to connect to a website such as google.com.
Try to log off from your mail client application (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.) and launch it again.
At a last resort, restart your computer.
If issue still persist after you've tried all the above solutions, open a ticket at itsm.winners.mu or by writing at ict_support@winners.mu.
