wiiv - error message "Pas de connection au serveur"
Intermittent message (refer to below screenshot) on the tills when wiiv card is
scanned.
This message ‘Pas
de connection au serveur….’ can be explained for 3 reasons:
- No internet access on
the tp.net/Lboss server
- Till is offline that is
no network connection to tp.net/Lboss server
- Loyalty prime server
down or other issues.
We have
already escalated this issue to IBL and Loyalty Prime. You must continue to open
tickets and enclosed a relevant screenshot on our ICT portal, so that we can compute accurate analytics to share with th wiiv team.
Solution:
- On the till, click on
‘Oui’
- Automatically the wiiv
card or NIC number scanned will appear on the POS screen but displaying
"points=0". The customer will receive its points
afterwards though.
- Redeem MAY not be
possible sometimes if above three errors happen. This will need to be
communicated to the customer.
Please communicate to all cashiers and check out
supervisors.
