wiiv - LPOS - "Error in getting Member details." - Redeem
Intermittent message (refer to below screenshot) on the tills when wiiv card is scanned or redeem on LPOS system (Accessa).
This message ‘Error in getting Member details….’ can be explained for 3 reasons:
- No internet access on the tp.net/Lboss server
- Till is offline that is no network connection to tp.net/Lboss server
- Loyalty prime server down or other issues.
We have already escalated this issue to IBL and Loyalty Prime. You must continue to submit tickets and enclosed relevant screenshots on our ICT portal, so we can compute accurate analytics to share with the wiiv team.
Solution:
- On the till, click on ‘OK’
- The wiiv card or NIC number scanned will appear automatically on the POS screen, but displaying "points=0". The customer will receive its points afterwards though.
- Redeem MAY not be possible sometimes if above three errors happen. This will need to be communicated to the customer.
Please communicate to all cashiers and check out supervisors.
